What can I buy in the online boutique?

The Medissimo pill boxes can be bought on our online boutique in several different package deals, some of which are on sale exclusively through the web boutique. You can submit your order and pay by credit/debit card, or direct debit.
Other Medissimo products such as the Siapda software, pill box preparation systems and distribution carts, are presented on the website, but require that you contact us for a personalized estimate.

How can I get advice before placing an order on ?

Which countries do you deliver to?

The delivery costs and taxes indicated in the online boutique are calculated for metropolitan France.
Medissimo can also deliver to overseas territories and other European countries.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer or direct debit.
• Pay by credit/debit card through our partner Société Générale: If you select this method you will be directed to our bank’s secured server.
• By direct debit: Send us your SEPA order by fax (33(0)1 3006 3007) including your contact details to enable us to send you a direct debit authorization.

How is my online order processed?

Once you have clicked the “Boutique” tab on you can see our different product categories.
This section presents the different offers available, and you can add products to your cart.
In your cart you can change the quantities, and apply a promotional code if you have one. An estimation of the delivery charges will also be indicated.
Once you have validated your cart by selecting “Proceed to check-out” you will be asked to provide your invoice and delivery information. If you have an existing account on, this section will be already completed. If you do not already have an account you will be given the opportunity to create one to enable you to avail of additional services.
You can then proceed to payment with your chosen payment method.

How is my order handled?

Once we have received your order and payment, Medissimo prepares your package and dispatches it within an average of 3 working days for metropolitan France. This timing can vary depending on the products ordered.

Where can I find my order history?

When you create a customer account, you can access your order history. You can find it in the “My Account” section, accessible from the main menu on the website.
In your account you can also update your contact details as required, for future orders.
